Vendor Signup

The Portland Marathon is excited to offer a wide range of vendor opportunities that provide access to a highly-targeted demographic.

Expo. The Expo will be on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 9:00AM - 5:00PM at the Oregon Convention Center.

Booth maps. Booth space is reserved on a first-come first-serve basis. The layout will be a snake-like design ensuring maximum exposure to all vendor booths.

Finish line. The finish line is located at the Tom McCall Waterfront Park near the intersection of Naito Pkwy & SW Columbia St. Planned setup time for booth space at the finish line is from 2:00PM - 9:00PM on Saturday, october 5, 2024. The event will conclude around 2:00PM. Additional details will be emailed once payment is received.

Swag bags. Vendors may purchase space to insert items into physical swag bags. Vendors are responsible for printing and delivering all materials, but race staff and volunteers will insert all items into the swag bags. Items must be received no later than September 20, 2024, to be included in the race bags. Additional information including ad specs and requirement will be emailed once payment is received.

All vendor purchases are final and will not be refunded.
