The Portland Marathon is excited to offer a wide range of vendor opportunities that provide access to a highly-targeted demographic at a very low cost. Pricing has been kept low in order to ensure accessibility.

Expo. The Expo will be on Saturday, October 1, 2022, from 9:00AM - 6:00PM at the Oregon Convention Center located at 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland, OR 97232. 

Expo booth power can be purchased through the Oregon Convention Center here– Select the Portland Marathon Expo in October.

Booth maps. Booth space is reserved on a first-come first-serve basis. The layout will be a snake-like design ensuring maximum exposure to all vendor booths.

Finish line. The finish line is located at the Tom McCall Waterfront Park near the intersection of Naito Pkwy & SW Columbia St. Planned setup time for booth space at the finish line is from 2:00PM - 9:00PM on Saturday, Oct 1, 2022. The event will conclude around 1:30PM. Additional details will be emailed once payment is received.

Swag bags. Vendors may purchase space to insert items into physical swag bags. Vendors are responsible for printing and delivering all materials, but race staff and volunteers will insert all items into the swag bags. Items must be received no later than September 16, 2022, to be included in the race bags. Additional information including ad specs and requirement will be emailed once payment is received.

Expo Passport Program - get additional exposure at your booth.

Expo exhibitors have the option of participating in the Expo Vendor Passport Program to encourage increased visitation at their booths. Runners download the Portland Marathon App prior to attending the expo. The app indicates the number and booth location of each participating vendor. Runners are incentivized to visit the participating vendor booths, where they will be given a three-digit code (provided to the vendors by race management) to enter into their app. Once the runner has entered the three-digit code of all participating vendors, they will be entered into the drawing to win a number of prizes provided by the Portland Marathon as well as the participating vendors. Each participating vendor is required to provide a raffle item worth $25 or more. Race management will coordinate the drawing of all prizes at the end of the expo, and send an email to all participants following the race to announce the winners and provide a highlight recognition to participating vendors.
