Consistent Improvement and Strong Finish Yugo Jacques demonstrated substantial progress during the 2025 Portland Marathon Half Marathon, consistently improving his pace. He began with a 12:39 min/mile pace, which steadily accelerated, culminating in a 10:27 min/mile overall pace. Strong gains were evident as Yugo reduced his mile times to under eleven minutes by the fourth mile and eventually maintained below the 10:30 min/mile mark in the latter stages of the race. This consistent pacing helped him move up from rank 3527 to 2729 overall. Yugo's placement in the Male 25-29 division also showed positive progression. Beginning at 286th, he worked his way up to 262nd in his category, showcasing his competitive edge and determination in a large field of 5623 participants.
