Consistent Start with Strong Finish Alex Hansen displayed notable consistency in his pace at the recent 10K MindRX Group event during the 2025 Portland Marathon. Starting with the first two-mile splits of 11:03 min/mile, Alex maintained a strong and steady pace. Alex's time for the first two miles kept him firmly in the same standing positions, showcasing solid pacing discipline early in the race. The third mile saw a slight increase in split time to 13:22, with a place drop; however, this was quickly countered with improvements in position by mile four. Notably, by the fourth and fifth miles, Alex improved his placement in the M50-54 division to 16th with split times of 12:04 min/mile.
